  • How do I get started?
    Getting started with BluZone is easy. You can select the Price Plan that works best for you and proceed to the checkout page. Then click on Book Now and select the date and time you want to attend the session.
  • Is BluZone right for me?
    We all want to live a happy, healthy and active lifestyle. BluZone will give you this opportunity. The exercises are designed to improve muscle strength, flexibility, balance along with joint health so you can live a longer and fuller life with fewer chronic diseases.
  • Can I cancel the BluZone sessions I have purchased?
    Once sessions are purchased, they are non refundable. Please ensure you are able to commit to the classes before making the purchase. The class sessions purchased will not expire and can be used for any future sessions. Under extenuating circumstances, a refund may be provided separately through the payment platform that was used for the price plan excluding a processing fee of $4.
  • How much do BluZone sessions cost?
    The price plans list the various packs. Once you purchase a session or a pack, you will have access to live classes as well as mind & body resources on our site.
  • Can I be reimbursed for my membership?
    At this time we do not support any insurance or employer reimbursement for a BluZone membership. But never say never! Stay tuned for updates.
  • Can I buy a class pack as a gift?
    Yes! You can buy membership subscriptions in packs of 4 or 8.
  • What does a BluZone membership offer?
    As a subscribing member, a BluZone membership will provide you access to live classes. If your local library or adult community center is a participating member, as a patron, you may receive free access to live sessions. Please contact your facility for further details.
  • How do I update my billing information?
    All account updates can be made through the membership profile area.

  • Can I participate if I have an injury or physical limitation?
    Before starting any new fitness regime, you should consult with your physician or a medical professional. The instructor provides modifications for exercises during class so that participants of all fitness levels, even those with physical limitations, can receive a good workout.
  • How often should I be working out?
    According to the National Council on Aging (NCOA), adults aged 65 and older need at least 150 minutes a week (for example, 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week or 50 minutes a day, 3 days a week) of moderate intensive activity.
  • Can I join a class if I'm running late?
    Yes, you can join a class if you are running late. We don't have a cutoff. However, our live sessions are automatically stored into the Video On-Demand Library (Coming Soon) that you can access anytime for our subscribing members.
  • Do I need my camera on during the online class?
    We love seeing all the members of our BluZone community during the workouts, but we understand if you don't want to be on camera.
  • What equipment do I need for class?
    All you need is a positive attitude! We recommend resistance training tools such as hand held weights, weighted balls and/or resistance bands as well as a chair for support. Items around the house work great too - 16oz food cans, 8oz water bottles are great substitutes for weights. We are also partnered with oatespecialties.com and stroops.com where you can purchase weighted balls and resistance bands of your choice.
  • Can I provide comments/feedback on the class and instructor?
