Can I cancel the BluZone sessions I have purchased?

Once sessions are purchased, they are non refundable. Please ensure you can commit to the classes before making the purchase. The purchased class sessions will not expire and can be used for any future sessions.

The instructor will offer modifications for exercises throughout the class, ensuring that participants of all fitness levels, including those with physical limitations, can still enjoy a beneficial workout.

How often should I be working out?

According to the National Council on Aging (NCOA), adults aged 65 and older should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week. This can be achieved by working out 30 minutes a day, five days a week, or 50 minutes a day, three days a week.

What equipment do I need for class?

All you need is a positive attitude! We recommend resistance training tools like handheld weights, weighted balls, and/or resistance bands, along with a chair for support. Household items like 16oz food cans or 8oz water bottles also work great as substitutes for weights.
